RETURNS TESTING PAGE

We want all Tribe members 100% happy with with their purchases, not just satisfied.  If for any reason, this is not the case, then we want to make things better, until you are.  We strive for perfection, however, the reality is mistakes do occasionally happen.  Rest assured, if there is a problem with an order or item, we will make it right.  If you need a different size, or color, or just simply have a change of heart, we will work to insure a positive outcome, in the most hassle free way we can.  This is our promise.

In an effort to keep our commitment in place, it is necessary to have some ground rules.  We ask that upon receiving your order, you take some time to determine that it is correct, and that you are happy with it.  We allow 30 days to do so.  If something is not to your liking, please choose from one of the options below: 

OPTION #1
Click here to initiate the return process for items you would like to return.  Here you will find a list of detailed instructions on how to proceed.  Make sure to have your email address and order number ready.  Your order number can be found in the top right corner of your order confirmation email or on the top of the packing slip included with your order.  You will receive an email notification that a return has been initiated.  

OPTION #2
If the mistake was made on our part, please email us at sales@hooktribe.com to initiate a return.  Include the order number, reason for the return and a brief description of the issue Feel free to include any pictures that will assist us in improving our service. Your order number can be found in the top right corner of your order confirmation email or on the top of the packing slip included with your order.An email return notification will be sent to you to on how to proceed.

Regardless of the option you choose, it takes approximately 3-5 business days once the order is received in our fulfillment center to complete the return process including issuing a refund back to your payment method.    

Please note that we do not make exchanges directly, so if an item is to be exchanged, it is a two step process; completion of the return and refund, and place a new order for the updated item.  Also note that customers are not responsible for shipping of exchanges. When the new order item ships, it will be at our cost, and at no charge to you.
