Return Policy

We want all Tribe Members to be 100% happy with their purchases, not just satisfied.  If for any reason this is not the case, then we want to make things better, until you are.  We strive for perfection, however, the reality is mistakes do occasionally happen.  Rest assured, if there is a problem with an order or item, we will make it right.  If you need a different size, color or just simply have a change of heart, we will work to ensure a positive outcome in the most hassle free way we can.  This is our promise.

Return it within 30 days:

Please return your item​(​s​) ​within 30 days from the ship date. Even new product with all tags attached are ineligible for return past 30 days.

Return new items only:

All return items must be in new condition. Product that shows visible signs of use including scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears are not eligible for return.

Keep the tags attached:

Please keep all tags on the items you would like to return. If you return an item(s) without the original tag​s​ attached, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

​Featured pricing / promotions​:

If you are returning an item that was purchased at a featured product price or as part of a promotion, you will be refunded the value of the product after the applied discount.

Clearance items​:

Clearance items are not returnable unless they are defective. If you consider a product to be defective, please email customerservice@hooktribe.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Exchanging product​:

You have the option to exchange for size when you process your return. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style or product, we suggest returning the item(s) for store credit. Your account will be refunded when the item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse facility.  You can then place a new order at HookTribe.com and the store credit can then be applied.
